<10%> emerges when the situation becomes dangerous. When faced with a threat, <Core> will gain a massive speed boost and take a canine form. With its ultra speed and sharp fangs, it can take down almost any opponent its size. It is extremely frank and does not show affection when it is needed for the good of the region. <10%> is not someone to have on your bad side.
