Dialga is cold to the touch. It's made of metal that is foreign to this universe. Its armor was granted by its creator, Arceus. It can bend the rigidity of time to its will with the sole restriction of space. There are multiple Dialga, and rumors of one that has been seen to undergo what looks like Primal Reversion. However, it has only been passed down in legend, without any proof that it's not just a side story to tell to children.
There are people whom herald Dialga as a deity that grants a better future. There is a chunk of the foreign metal that appears every so often in the world that Dialga admires very much. When brought to Dialga, it will grant you one wish for the future.
