Nekkoara hatches with its destined log, it’s one of the many mysteries of Pokémon Eggs. They’re always on the verge of falling asleep so some Nekkoara lose their birth log. Until they find it again, they’ll latch onto anything. It throws a sleepy tantrum if it can’t find its log again, so there are factories dedicated to making fake log pillows.
